As we have done throughout the Pandemic, Puyallup schools will continue to follow the latest WA State Department of Health (DOH) guidance.
Facemasks are legally required and mandated by the state for full-time, in-person instruction to occur.
- • Facemasks: Required for all students and staff working in schools.
-
• Physical Distancing: Requirements will not prevent full-time in-person learning in schools. Physical distancing will remain at 3-feet in classrooms and 6-feet in common spaces where possible.
- • Vaccinations: Required for all K-12 employees by Oct. 18. Not a requirement for students; however, it is the strongest protective measure against COVID-19 for those 12 and older.
