Pope Elementary staff moved into their newly remodeled and expanded school in August. The project was approved by voters with the 2015 School Construction and Facility Improvements Bond. The larger school has 32 homerooms, new office space, a large commons/cafeteria area, and improved parking and traffic flow. The existing building received modernization upgrades. Pope has the capacity to serve 760 students, which is an increase of 268.
