
An important step in capital facility planning is convening a Citizens Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC) to identify facility and program needs for the district. Taken under consideration is new construction, program improvements, replacement of facilities, life cycle projects, property management, and technology needs districtwide. The committee, comprised of district administrators, teachers, community members, consultants and high school students held their first kick-off meeting June 22. The committee will meet regularly throughout the upcoming school year and give thoughtful consideration to future facility plans of the district.
