Social Emotional

As we reopen schools we understand students may have social-emotional challenges that can get in the way of academic success.  As relationships are developed with students, teachers will be given the tools to determine if all needs are met.

A universal screening of each student will be done when they return to school to better understand student strengths, learning needs, and social-emotional needs.Using a survey, teachers will assess each student's social-emotional and academic needs and their family needs. School intervention teams will collect the data and follow-up on the needs of the student and/or family.
