Q: How Do I Access to District
Email and Frontline Absence Management?
Email to your personal email address:
1 – From HR with your employee ID number, next steps, resources, and reminders.
2 – From Personnel with information from Ed Tech regarding your district email address.
• Set up your district email address and check your email regularly.
• After setting up your district email address, review the Substitute New Hire Orientation (acknowledging so on the last slide).
Email to your district email address:
1 – From Frontline Absence Management with access information about the telephone system.
• Confirm your phone number is correct and know that your PIN will be assigned to you.
• This is what you’ll use to accept jobs through the phone system.
2 – From Frontline Absence Management with instructions to access the system online.
• You will want to set up any preferences and begin accepting substitute assignments.
NOTE: Puyallup School District has a Single Sign On. The credentials you create for your district email will be the same you’ll use for all programs/systems such as Frontline, Employee Online, and Schoology.
