Earlier this month, ballots for the November 5, 2019 General Election were mailed to registered voters and must be mailed or dropped off in postage-free ballot drop boxes by election day to be counted.

The Puyallup School District has placed a High School Facility Improvements Bond for Safety, Security, and Growth on the ballot to meet the needs of staff and students at all four high school campuses.

Ballots may be mailed or dropped off in marked Vote-By-Mail ballot drop boxes.

Ballot drop boxes will remain open through 8 p.m. on November 5. Those located within Puyallup School District boundaries are:

Puyallup Library, 324 South Meridian, Puyallup

South Hill Library, 15420 Meridian E., Puyallup

Edgewood City Hall, 2224 104th Ave. E., Edgewood

If mailing, ballots must be postmarked by November 5 to be counted. There is no postage required for ballots deposited in area drop boxes.

Register to vote

Pierce County residents not yet registered to vote in Washington can register in person through Tuesday, November 5 to participate in the November 5 General Election. Deadlines have passed for mail-in and online voter registration for the General Election.

In-person voter registration is done at the Pierce County Elections Division, 2501 So. 35th St., Suite C, Tacoma.
