On June 16 and 17 thousands of parents, friends, and family members filled the fairground grandstands to celebrate the success of over 1,700 graduating seniors.
Commencement ceremonies for Walker High School and Puyallup Digital Academy took place on Friday evening, while Emerald Ridge, Puyallup, and Rogers high schools held graduation ceremonies on Saturday.

2017 graduates contribute to a tradition of excellence in the Puyallup School District. With a four-year graduation rate of 89.6% and a five-year graduation rate of 90.9% the district is celebrating an all-time record for student success.
This year's graduates are made up of diverse young men and women who are well-prepared for the next chapter in life's journey. Families and friends, teachers, staff, and community members are proud of their effort and achievement and have reason to celebrate their success.
