December 20th, 2018: The sun shades are going in and the windows are in. The steel siding is going up.
November 13th, 2018: CE&C is working on the roof. The coverboard, foam, and vapor barrier has been applied. Shingles have even arrived on site. Windows are still going in and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is ongoing.
November 6th, 2018: The windows are going in. The water barrier is on and the brick wainscot is going in as well. The East mezzanine is getting duct work put in. The steel erection for the gym/commons is going up around the 15th.
October 30th, 2018: The mezzanine is sheet rocked, taped, painted, and has duct work done.
October 23rd, 2018: The roof is on and the East and West wings are pretty much dried in. Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing work is beginning. The gym/commons in the back will be framed soon.
October 2nd, 2018: The roof deck and vapor barrier is on. The gym and commons steel will be erected soon.
September 4th, 2018: The weather has been a challenge lately but the project is still moving along well. Fall protection anchors are now in place.
August 28th, 2018: CE&C has started framing upstairs. The downstairs is all framed. Paving will happen tomorrow and work on the street widening is happening as well.
August 14th, 2018: The East wing is the focus for steel erection. The roof trusses are up and CE&C will start on exterior wall framing on the West wing.
July 24th, 2018: The crane is coming back tomorrow to work on steel erection for the gym/commons and east wing. There is some right of way work going on right now related to the turn lane/widening the road.
July 17th, 2018: Steel erection continues. The last piece of slab will be poured tomorrow.
July 3rd, 2018: The second to last piece of the slab was poured. Steel erection is going up.
June 26th, 2018: Columns started going up yesterday. Next week CE&C will pour more of the slab. The majority of the structural steel is on site.
June 19th, 2018: The slab under the gym/commons has also been poured. There is a lot of structural steel on site.
June 12th, 2018: CE&C poured the north slab. Steel is arriving and so far delivery has been going smoothly and on-schedule.
June 5th, 2018: The slab will be poured tomorrow and Friday. CE&C has been working on civil work and prepping to pour the slab.
May 29th, 2018: CE&C is working on slab prep and putting gravel in. Electrical conduits are going in and the sewer connection is getting put together. CE&C is working on grading around the back. CE&C is doing a phased slab pour and plans to do their first pour around June 5th.
May 15th, 2018: CE&C is building wall forms and pouring concrete today. They are also importing and exporting soil daily.
May 8th, 2018: CE&C is working on wall forms and starting back-filling. Utility sleeves are also going in. The connector to Northwood Estates is going to be paved next week.
April 24th, 2018: We have a big concrete pour happening next week (about 300 yards). Another 300 yards will be poured the week after that.
April 17th, 2018: The grounds are still pretty wet. There is a steel delivery coming in today and the team has been working as they can. The first footing pour is next week.
