Posted on 10/13/2014

The Pierce County Auditor's Office will mail ballots this Friday, October 17 for the November 4 General Election.

There are no Puyallup School District measures on this year’s General Election ballot; however, the district posts ballot and voting information on its website in each election as a reminder to vote.

Ballots may be mailed or dropped off in marked Vote-By-Mail ballot drop boxes.

Ballot drop boxes will remain open through 8 p.m. on November 4. Those located within Puyallup School District boundaries are:

  • Puyallup Library, 324 South Meridian, Puyallup
  • South Hill Library, 15420 Meridian E., Puyallup
  • Edgewood City Hall, 2224 104th Ave. E., Edgewood

If mailing, ballots must be postmarked by November 4 to be counted. There is no postage required for ballots deposited in area drop boxes.

Pierce County residents not yet registered to vote in Washington can register in person through Monday, October 27 to participate in the November 4 General Election. Deadlines have passed for mail-in and online voter registration for the General Election.

In-person voter registration is done at the Pierce County Elections Division, 2501 So. 35th St., Suite C, Tacoma.
