Flags
throughout the district are flying at half-staff on Sunday, March 16 in
memory of Army Pfc. James Groth, of Ethal, who died on February 21
during a training accident at Fort Braff, North Carolina.
Flags
may be lowered at the close of business on Friday, March 14 and remain
at half-staff until the end of the day on March 16 or first thing Monday
morning, March 17, 2014. The
Governor has requested that flags at all state agency facilities be
lowered when a Washingtonian in the military is killed in the line of
duty.
