Parental Leave
Becoming a parent is a joyful time! The District offers parental leave to mothers, fathers, birth and non-birth parents. If you do not meet the hourly eligibility for the Family Medical Leave, we encourage you to review your collective bargaining agreement for alternative leave options. Employees who request and are approved for parental leave may use any combination of paid leave accrual during this special bonding time.
