Flags
throughout the district will fly at half-staff on Saturday, June 21 in
memory of Army Cpl. Justin R. Clouse, of Sprague. Clouse died June 9 in
southern Afghanistan of injuries sustained during a security operation.
The
Governor has requested that flags at all state agency facilities be
lowered when a Washingtonian in the military is killed in the line of
duty. Flags should remain at half-staff until the end of the day on June
21 or first thing Monday morning, June 23, 2014.
